Abstract
This study was undertaken to study the effect of biofertilizer EM1and Yeast suspension with different concentrations on quantitative properties of Tetraploid wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) ACSAD-65 using foliar nutrition technique to increase the grains yield trait and its components. The factorial experiment was adopted using Randomized Complete Block Design with three replicates. the first factor was EM1 with four levels (0,1,2,4 ml.l-1). the second was the Yeast suspension with four levels (0,2,4,6 gm.l-1)during winter 2013. Data were collected and analyzed for quantitative properties : (a number of spikes per plant, NO. of spikelet per spike, NO. of grains per spike, grain yield (gm.) and 100-grains weight (gm.). A significant increase among all studied traits except 100-grains weight by 4th level of the biofertilizer EM1 (4 ml.l-1). A significant increase among all studied traits by using the 2nd level of yeast suspension (2 gm.l-1) except 100-grains weight which increase by the 3rd level of yeast suspension (4 gm.l-1). The interaction between 4th level of the biofertilizer EM1 (4 ml.l-1) and the 2nd level of yeast suspension (2 gm.l-1) play an effective role in increasing the grain yield and its components, the main goal of each researcher and breeder. A regression analysis was performed and prediction equation of the attributes was studied, it was assimilated that a highest NO. of spikes per plant and NO. of spikelet's will be gained at more than 4ml./l, while highest NO. of spikelet's per spike and NO. of grains per spike will be (17.49) spikelet's and (52.52) grains per spike at (2.750 mg./l.).
