APC Amount

As an open-access journal, KUJAS charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. The APC is billed to the submitting author after acceptance.

No Other Fees

KUJAS does not charge any additional fees, including:

• Submission fees
• Page charges
• Color figure charges

Authors are charged only the APC stated above, and only if the manuscript is accepted.

Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges are payable only after manuscript acceptance. APC payments are used to support editorial production, layout, online publication, DOI registration, website maintenance, and archiving.

If an author withdraws an accepted manuscript before production begins, the refund request may be considered by the editorial office according to the stage of processing.

Refund Request Requirements

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author.

The request must include:

• The reason for withdrawal.
• The payment receipt.
• Bank or payment details required for processing.
