The purpose of the research is to knowledge the level of performance of the workers in the agricultural division of the University of Mosul for agricultural work in general and the arrangement of agricultural work practiced by the workers in the agricultural division in the University of Mosul according to the level of performance and determine the correlation between the level of performance of workers and landscaping at the University of Mosul for agricultural work and each of the independent variables (Age - educational level - basic occupation - social status - the number of years of work in the service and coordination of gardens. The study included all employees in the service and coordination of gardens at the University of Mosul, which consists of (88) workers, and collected
the data by questionnaire after the extraction of the validity of the validity of the questionnaire and stability and the coefficient of stability (0,785) and to analyze the data used frequencies, percentages and arithmetic mean and correlation coefficient of Spearman and correlation coefficient Pearson.
The results showed that the level of performance of the workers in the agricultural division in the University of Mosul for agricultural work is average and that the most agricultural work practiced by the workers in the agricultural division is cutting the electrically, and the least practice is to carry out the operation of fungi and bacteria, found a significant correlation between the level of performance of employees and the variable Age - and the basic profession - the number of years of work, while the research included some conclusions and recommendations.
