This research includes a morphological study of the beetle Adesmia oterscelis (Solier) which spread in the Erbil governorate/ Kurdistan region _ Iraq . The specimens were collected from the soil among of some weeds in the period from September -2008 until April / 2010. The species have been described in detail and most body parts were illustrated such as Antenna ,Mouthparts , Pronotum , Elytra and Male and genitalia . The localities , date of collection and the hosts were mentioned .
