Abstract
The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of some tillage equipment and depth on some technical parameters machine unit under different speeds in the field of Tall Addas reagon located in Mosul Government, in 2012. Three types of plows included Moldboard plow, vertical disc plow and Chisel plow two tillage depths included (10-12) cm and (15-17) cm and three levels of the front speed included (3.628, 5.039 and 6.745) km/h were used in this study. Draft force, adhesion force, slippage percentage, field capacity, soil penetration resistance under the tires, actual depth, actual width. Split split plot design under randomized complete block design with three replications were used in this experiment. results showed superiority plow disc vertical on the other plows logs less draft force 5.804 kN and less adhesion force 0.38 Kn/m2 and less resistance to penetration under the tires 1240.71 kPa and the lower slippage percentage 11.148%, while more than chisel plow recording higher Field capacity 0.752 ha/h and the highest actual width 205.8 cm, while more than moldboard plow superiority loge highest actual depth 13.6 cm.
The results also show that the speed first gave less draft force 8.997 kN and less adhesion force 0.949 Kn/m2 and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1557.54 kPa addition to recording the highest actual depth 11.8 cm and the highest actual width 154.8 cm While the third speed higher Field capacity 0.722 ha/h. While more than the depth of the first to give less draft force 8.492 kN and less adhesion force 0.936 Kn/m2 and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1509.171 kPa and less slippage percentage 11.691% and higher Field capacity 0.574 ha/h while the highest value of the actual depth 12.9 cm and actual tillage 154.3 cm showed at the second depth. As superiority vertical disc plow with the first speed recording less draft force 5.547 kN and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1195.19 kPa and less slippage percentage 8,225% and with the third speed less adhesion force 0.348 Kn/m2, while superiority chisel plow with third speed giving higher Field capacity 0.975 ha/h and with the first speed higher actual width 206.8 cm, while moldboard plow with the First speed record higher actual depth 14.1 cm. The results showed superiority vertical disc plow at first depth recording less draft force 5.4 kN and less adhesion force 0.237 Kn/m2 and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1170.09 kPa and less slippage percentage 10.026% while the record chisel plow with second depth higher actual width 207.6 cm and with the first depth higher field capacity 0.762 ha/h, while the plow moldboard plow with the second depth highest actual depth 15.7 cm. The results showed superiority first depth with the first speed significant logged less force draft 7.701 kN and less adhesion force 0.886 Kn/m2 and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1474.02 kPa and less slippage percentage 9.773% and with the third speed loge highest field capacity 0.741 ha/h while record the second depth with the first speed higher actual depth 13.8 cm and higher actual width 155.4 cm.
The results showed superiority vertical disc plow with first depth with the first speed record less draft force 5.048 kN and less resistant to penetration under the tiers 1095.05 kPa and less slippage percentage 7.146% and with second speed less adhesion force 0.221 Kn/m2 while superiority chisel plow at first depth with third speed recording of higher Field capacity 0.984 ha/h and chisel plow at second depth with First speed higher actual 208.5 cm, while moldboard plow the second at depth with the first speed higher depth of plowing actual 16.7 cm.
